Rouge the Bat
Rouge the Bat is a jewel thief, part-time government agent (working for G.U.N.), and self-proclaimed treasure huntress who plans to make all the gems and treasures of the world hers. Her current jewel obsessions are the Master Emerald and Chaos Emeralds, or so it seems.
Rouge wears a skintight black tube-style body suit with a large fuchsia heart-shaped breast plate, long white gloves, and white thigh-high boots with pink hearts on the toes. Her boots have metal heels and soles. Whatever she stomps on is left with serious damage. She also has long eyelashes and wears blue (or pink) eye-shadow. When she, Shadow, and Omega teamed up for the first time, Rouge wore a different outfit with similar color schemes and heart-shaped details.
Rouge has always been hot on Knuckles the Echidna's heels for the Master Emerald and the Chaos Emeralds, thinking that they are all hers to keep. However, she has been known to give up her dream before. But she always has a reputaion for being a grand treasure hunter.
Five years after Sonic had started his adventures against Dr. Eggman (he was said to be called Robotnik, but Sonic called him Eggman so much that the name just stuck), she left with Shadow, Omega, Knuckles, Amy, Tails, Sonic, Sticks, Silver, Blaze, Gamma, Espio, Charmy, Vector, Cream, Cheese, and Chocola to visit Arendelle. Of course, her original intention was to try to go on a jewel heist, but that did not really work out. Then she thought about being part of Elsa's security organization I.C.E. to try and be a spy for not only G.U.N., but for Arendelle's queen as well.
Her dreams would have to wait when an earthquake struck Arendelle. As Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow, Blaze, and Amy left, she decided to tune in on the news and help Tails build the Tornado. However, when she scrummaged through his toolbox, she muttered to herself, "How does that fox boy know where everything is? It's quite difficult for me to try and find his blowtorch."
When the project was finished, she then went with the rest of the gang to try and help the Power Rangers (Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Silver, Blaze, Nack, and Cosmo) defeat the Master once and for all. After possibly defeating him first, she was immediately knocked out when he was revived. Luckily, the Rangers were ready for this and defeated him using the power of the Legend Warriors. The victory was grand, and then they left and lived in Arendelle for the rest of their lives. Rouge became a great spy for I.C.E., and she had no intention of stealing anymore jewels or treasure, and her obsessions for the Master and Chaos Emeralds was gone completely.
